One of the most important things about picking a wedding photographer is to pick someone you like being around. Let’s face it, your photographer is going to be with you all day, so you better make sure you like that person. Below is a little about who I am.

Quick Background

I was born in 1980 in Wisconson. 3 years later, my family moved to Tennessee. Eventually, we ended up outside Reading, PA when I was 10.

I graduated from Exeter Twp. High School and, later, Lehigh University.

I have lived in the Lehigh Valley since graduating from college.

In that time I met my wife, Ashley and we were married on June 21, 2008. Our daugher, Hope, was born in September the following year.

I have two careers that I love. The first, is working full time in digital marketing and advertising. The second, is part-time as a professional photographer.

I feel that, as a part-time photographer, I am able to concentrate on a limited amount of weddings per year and able to fully immerse myself in making them spectacular.

My Photography

I have dedicated myself to the art of photography since I was 16 years old and worked for Ritz Camera. I have continued to learn and grow as a photographer every year. Since starting my business in 2008, I have had the privilege to join the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and the Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI).

My style of photography is highly photojournalistic. I find that the fast pace and high emotion of a wedding work extremely well with this style of photography. I use a mix of both black and white and color photographs to create the best images from your wedding.

Most of my clients find that this approach allows them to enjoy their wedding without having a photographer boss them around. In fact, while I am with you all day, I try to stay out of the way and say as little as possible – instead choosing to document every minute of your wedding as it unfolds around you.

I have been shooting with Nikon equipment since I was 16 years old and converted to digital SLRs in 2005.

I feel that the value and customer oriented philosophy I bring to wedding photography in the Lehigh Valley, sets me apart from many other photographers, and is a good reason for you to consider me as you wedding photographer. Feel free to check out my wedding packages here.

I have always loved books & movies. I love getting wrapped up in the feelings and emotions that great stories leave imprinted on your soul. After all, weddings are part of a great story of two people who fell in love. Here are a few favorites:
