Perhaps one of the classiest and timeless places I have shot a wedding is the Hotel Bethlehem. The Hotel Bethlehem is brilliant in everything they do, from decorating to planning to food and drink. Heck, it’s one of the few places in Bethlehem you can get blue cheese stuffed olives in a martini! In short, a Hotel Bethlehem wedding is truly a classy event in every sense of the word.
The best part is that, for those brides and grooms that get ready at the hotel, there is a plethora of great places to take portraits in and around the Hotel Bethlehem and downtown Bethlehem. Some of my favorite areas to shoot during a Hotel Bethlehem wedding are along Main Street Bethlehem, where the small town charm comes to life among an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants. Of course, there is also some beautiful historic areas nearby as well that provide all kinds of old world charm.
I am still waiting for the opportunity to do a wedding at the Hotel Bethlehem during the holiday season and Christmas. At no other time during the year is the hotel so finely decorated. From the wreaths that hang inside every window, to the liberal use of holly and finally to the fully decorated trees that adorn the interior – the Hotel Bethlehem is magnificent. Seriously, if you are getting married at the Hotel Bethlehem during the holidays and like my work – ask me about a discount to shoot your wedding. I would love it.
